Coordinate fuel deliveries for Ultramar in Moncton while using Infosys, AWE, and customer service skills to support daily operations.
The Dispatcher executes daily delivery plans and supports incoming customer calls. This position communicates with drivers, manages delivery demand, and assists workload planning. The role also maintains delivery information, investigates discrepancies, and supports delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage current and upcoming fuel delivery demand
- Prepare delivery ticket selections within Infosys
- Dispatch daily deliveries using AWE systems
- Review operational reports and adjust delivery parameters
- Support customers through calls and office inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of industry knowledge and experience
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience
- Problem-solving and forward-thinking approach
- Fleet dispatching experience is an asset
