Realstar seeks a two-person Assistant Resident Manager Team for one Vancouver property. The role supports successful rental building operations through resident service, leasing assistance, cleaning, and minor maintenance. Work includes four weekdays weekly, every second weekend, and on-call evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean property common areas, including hallways, stairs, and elevators
- Complete minor maintenance repairs around the rental property
- Prepare apartments for incoming residents
- Provide customer service to residents and potential residents
- Assist with leasing suites and respond to on-call requests
