Securitas Technology Canada is seeking a Collections Team Leader to manage a high-volume portfolio of residential and small commercial accounts. This hands-on leader will coach and guide the collections team, drive days_sales_outstanding improvements, and ensure consistent follow-up with customers to secure payment arrangements.

You'll partner with Customer Service, Billing, Finance, and Operations to resolve disputes, monitor KPIs, and promote best practices.
