As an Operations Supervisor, you will own day-to-day fulfillment operations and shape a secure, productive, positive environment. You will lead teams, coach performance, monitor productivity, service, and efficiency, and make decisions independently. The role requires warehouse, logistics, distribution, transportation, or fulfillment leadership experience, with hands-on presence on the warehouse floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own daily operations at the Winnipeg fulfillment centre
- Set expectations, coach employees, and address challenges
- Monitor performance and improve productivity, service, and efficiency
- Manage inventory, staffing,



maintenance, security, payroll, and costs
- Partner with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues

Requirements:

- Experience leading warehouse, logistics, distribution, transportation, or fulfillment teams
- Track record influencing culture, accountability, or operational performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Practical, solutions-focused problem-solving approach
- Confidence working independently in a standalone operation
