As an E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will manage daily storefront health across customer touchpoints. You will collaborate with regional leadership, US Sales and Marketing, and global digital teams. The work centers on catalog precision, campaign execution, user experience, and actionable analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check PDP, collection, cart, and checkout health daily
- Lead pre-release QA across desktop and mobile devices
- Configure and test Shopify promotions and discount logic
- Maintain US listings, spec sheets, and Merchant Center feeds
- Report weekly conversion,
funnel, and site-speed KPIs
Requirements:
- One to three years in e-commerce operations or webshop management
- Hands-on Shopify and digital analytics platform experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and mobile-first testing discipline
- GA4 or Shopify Analytics experience diagnosing funnel friction
- Robust communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
