You will guide Category Business Managers, Analysts, and cross-functional teams through builds while supporting Store Fit and Optimization. The work combines category merchandising, competitive research, Excel analysis, and custom Planogram development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and facilitate category merchandising line review meetings
- Analyze sales, margin, and space productivity data
- Test, adjust, and quality-check completed Planograms




- Optimize store-specific space recommendations using sales forecasts
- Coordinate custom Planogram assignments, timelines, and risks

Requirements:

- Related post-secondary education or equivalent business experience
- Two to five years of merchandising experience
- Minimum one year of visual presentation experience
- Experience with JDA Space Planning or Blue Yonder
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
