This fixed-term Member Service Representative position serves existing and potential members. You will process deposits, withdrawals, loans, utility payments, money orders, credit card advances, and foreign exchange. The work also includes promoting Access Credit Union products, identifying referrals, and supporting business development. Solid communication, accuracy, and relationship management are central to serving members professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process over-the-counter financial services efficiently and professionally
- Balance ATM, night deposits, and cash drawer daily




- Resolve routine member account and deposit instrument problems
- Promote products and services using advice-based conversations
- Identify lending, wealth, and new business referral opportunities

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year customer or member service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Proficient computer skills and basic risk management knowledge

Use financial service, relationship-building, and sales skills to support Access Credit Union members and branch objectives.
