This full-time, year-round position supports a 36-hole private club across Old Ashburn and the New Course. The Associate Golf Professional contributes to Golf Shop operations, tournaments, merchandise, scheduling, budgeting, instruction, and junior programming. The position suits a PGA of Canada Member in good standing who wants to grow as a Golf Professional.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily Golf Shop operations and member service
- Plan and execute tournaments, leagues, and member events
- Manage merchandise sales, inventory, receiving, and presentation
- Assist scheduling, budgeting,



invoicing, and financial administration
- Provide club fitting, instruction, and junior programming support

Requirements:

- PGA of Canada Member in positive standing
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience organizing leagues and member events
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Jonas and Golf Genius familiarity is an asset
