Deliver patient-centered care as an experienced Care Aide at Kimberley Special Care Home in Kimberley, BC, supporting residents’ daily needs.

Interior Health seeks a reliable, adaptable, and motivated Care Aide for its Long-term Care team. Working under RN and LPN direction, you will support individual care plans, physical, emotional, and social needs, and maximum independence. This is a casual opportunity with rotating day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Support mobility, transfers, and related equipment
- Perform temperature, pulse, and respiration procedures
- Observe and report patient behavior and condition changes
- Accompany clients during outings and social activities

Requirements:

- Grade 10 education
- Recognized Nursing Assistant or Health Care Aide program graduation
- Equivalent education, training, and experience may be considered
- Registration with the BC Care Aide registry
- Include an active registry number with your application
