As part of Workforce and Rewards, you will support senior consultants across client projects and industries. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct compensation and rewards market research and analysis
- Analyze strategic, financial, and organizational client information
- Design compensation structures and incentive plans
- Perform pay equity diagnostics for regulated clients
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior audiences
Requirements:
- Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical thinking skills
- Advanced Excel formulas and dashboard development experience
- Experience in data analysis and presentation design
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree completion by December 2026 preferred
