Lead Appleby Camps operations with strong organization and service-driven leadership across Oakville and Milton. This full-time role supports year-round camp administration.

As Assistant Director, Appleby Camps Milton, you will coordinate registration, reporting, staffing, and program operations. You will work with the Director to deliver safe, organized, engaging camp experiences. The role includes hands-on leadership during Milton’s July and August season.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive registration for Appleby Camps programs in Oakville and Milton
- Coordinate staff hiring, onboarding, interviews, and volunteer roles
- Manage reception and respond to camp inquiries
- Develop schedules for camp and summer program spaces
- Maintain reporting, payments, reconciliations, and statistical analysis

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education
- Relevant staff coordination experience in camp, recreation, or education
- Robust multitasking, problem-solving, and crisis response skills
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification
- Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel proficiency
