As a Gardening and Landscape Team Leader, you will oversee daily work quality, safety, schedules, and project tracking. You will plant, prune, mulch, install gardens, and coordinate site setup. The position also includes client communication, team training, equipment maintenance, inventory management, and job management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and work alongside a two-to-five-member crew
- Complete planting, pruning, mulching, and garden installations
- Operate trimmers, blowers, and small machinery
- Coordinate schedules and track projects using software
- Communicate professionally with clients and address inquiries
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of landscaping experience
- One year of leadership experience
- High school diploma; horticulture education preferred
- Valid G2 license with reliable transportation
- Availability March through December, weather permitting
