Applications are invited for the permanent vacancy position of Full-time Kindergarten at Boston PS (Waterford, ON)

Effective Date: November 30, 2026

Qualifications:

Ontario College of Teachers’ Certificate of Qualification and qualified to teach in the Primarydivision, in accordance with Ministry of Education Regulations.

RATE OF PAY:$57,511 - $120,023 annually (based on 1.0 FTE); salary grid rate is based on QECO rating and teaching experience; annual salary is prorated based on FTE; grid rate effective September 1, 2025. A competitive benefits plan is available through a provincial benefits trust plan.

All submissions are to include a complete cover letter, resume, qualifications, a copy of your current Certificate of Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers, practice teaching reports or the most recent performance review(s) and the names of three (3) qualified teaching references at least one of which must be a current principal, if applicable (one document if submitted electronically).

Following the interview process, candidates with conditional offers will be required to provide an original Police Record Check (which includes a “vulnerable sector search”) acceptable to the Board prior to the commencement of employment. In accordance with regulations,



this will be an ongoing expectation of employment for Grand Erie employees every five years of employment.
