Leasing Manager

At Mosaic, we believe a home is more than a place to live. It's where people connect, build relationships and feel part of a community. We're looking for a Leasing Manager who shares that belief and enjoys helping people find a place to call home.

As Leasing Manager, you'll lead leasing activities, connecting with prospective residents, building relationships and helping bring our brand-new Town & Centre community in Port Coquitlam to life. You'll combine your knowledge of the rental market with a genuine interest in people to deliver on Mosaic’s promise of A Better Home.

Mosaic’sin-house team manages every stage of the recent development process—from land acquisition, design, and approvals to financing, construction, marketing, and sales—delivering new multi‑family high‑rise, low‑rise, and townhome communities across the region.

Who You Are

You have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in residential leasing and property management. You are comfortable working 5 days a week including weekends and holidays.

You have a proven ability to build relationships, generate leads, and turn interest into results. You have a strong knowledge of the local rental market, and an understanding of what residents are looking for in a home.

You are comfortable working with leasing systems, CRM tools and performance reporting. You demonstrate a collaborative mindset and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

You are passionate about customer service and know what it takes to ensure everyone has a great experience every step of the way. You are positive, professional, and polished.

You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Bonus points if you have a second language, and strong working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.

Finally, you have a genuine interest in homes, neighbourhoods and creating a great customer experience every step of the way.
