Lead vehicle routing and delivery investigations as OPENLANE’s Transportation Supervisor in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, working onsite full time.
This Transportation Supervisor supports OPENLANE’s Logistics team across vehicle transportation operations and supply chain activities. The role supervises daily team performance, oversees network movement, and improves cross-functional processes. It requires transportation management systems knowledge, carrier relationship management, and robust communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise team activities through coaching and time management
- Oversee end-to-end vehicle routing, scheduling, and planning
- Investigate client-reported delivery issues and coordinate corrective actions
- Monitor provider reports, delays, exceptions, and transportation risks
- Recommend logistics process improvements to the Director of Logistics
Requirements:
- Five-plus years in vehicle transport, logistics, or supply chain
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Experience onboarding and training logistics department employees
- Advanced Microsoft Office, Access, and Excel knowledge
- Carrier relationship management and contractual performance oversight
