As a Clinical Coordinator, you will support daily clinic operations from Terra Losa, near West Edmonton Mall. You will coordinate appointments, triage referrals, and communicate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare partners. The position includes administering Home Sleep Apnea Tests and assisting with documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate appointments and triage referrals professionally
- Communicate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare partners
- Manage inventory and sleep test equipment
- Set up and administer Home Sleep Apnea Tests
- Assist with insurance paperwork and documentation
Requirements:
- Two or more years in healthcare administration or coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort using MS Office or Google Workspace
- Availability every Saturday and reliable Terra Losa commute
