Support fundraising, donor relations, and community partnerships as a full time Fund Development Coordinator with Kids Kottage Foundation in Edmonton. Use communication and organization daily.

This early-career position reports to the Senior Associate, Philanthropy & Partnerships. You will support campaigns, events, donor stewardship, corporate partnerships, outreach, and digital engagement. The work advances Kids Kottage Foundation’s mission supporting vulnerable children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate donor records within the CRM database
- Build relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate event logistics, registrations, volunteers,



and follow-up communications
- Create social media, newsletter, and digital campaign content

Requirements:

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Valid Alberta driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekends
- Clear Police Information and Child Intervention Record Checks
- Confidence with Microsoft 365, Canva, and social media
