As Piercing Lead, you oversee the full client journey while representing Mejuri’s values. You guide styling, transactions, service procedures, and aftercare, while supporting studio operations. The role requires needle piercing experience, jewelry expertise, and strong communication. You also help strengthen local awareness of Mejuri’s piercing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee greeting, check-in, styling, transactions, services, and aftercare
- Explain procedures, risks, medical concerns, and infection symptoms
- Style ear stacks using suitable jewelry materials and sizing
- Train staff on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling expectations
- Build appointment occupancy through service promotion and education
Requirements:
- Two or more years of needle piercing experience
- Experience working with threadless jewelry
- Current First Aid and Blood-borne Pathogens OSHA certifications
- Autoclave or Statim experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
