Inspect homes and solve pest problems as a Junior Technician with Insight Pest Solutions in Duncan, BC, using diagnosis and customer service skills.

This full time, permanent position serves homeowners through inspections, treatments, service reports, and prevention recommendations. You will represent Insight professionally while identifying pests, entry points, and infestations. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm PT, for approximately 40 hours weekly, with overtime opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect homes inside and outside for pests and entry points
- Diagnose pest issues and apply effective treatments
- Complete service reports detailing work and products used
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
- Recommend solutions preventing future pest issues

Requirements:

- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal customer relationship skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be 21 or older to operate company vehicle
