Enterprise Business Development Representative — Bilingual French & English Company: Expertise AI

Location:
Toronto, Ontario — in person, five days per week Compensation: CAD $60,000 base salary + uncapped, tiered commissions On-target earnings: CAD $130,000 annually Expertise AI is looking for a bilingual Enterprise Business Development Representative to help grow our enterprise pipeline and introduce businesses to our AI solutions. You bring enterprise sales experience, communicate confidently in French and English, and know how to start meaningful conversations with senior decision-makers. Experience selling voice AI, conversational AI, or other AI products is a strong advantage.

What you'll do
• Research target enterprise accounts, identify decision-makers, and uncover relevant business challenges.
• Generate opportunities through personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Conduct initial discovery conversations in French and English to understand business needs and qualify fit.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across operations, customer experience, IT, and executive leadership.
• Partner with account executives on account strategy and hand off qualified opportunities with clear discovery notes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistently meet targets for qualified opportunities and sourced pipeline. What you bring




• Demonstrated enterprise sales experience, including prospecting and generating qualified opportunities.
• Professional fluency in spoken and written French and English.
• An understanding of complex buying processes, multiple stakeholders, and longer enterprise sales cycles.
• Solid research, communication, discovery, and follow-up skills.
• The ability to explain technical products through clear business outcomes.
• Availability to work in person in Toronto five days per week. Preferred experience
• Selling voice AI, conversational AI, or other AI-powered products.
• Business development within enterprise SaaS or technology companies.
• Familiarity with contact centres, customer experience platforms, or business process automation. Your earning opportunity You'll receive a $60,000 annual base salary plus uncapped commissions. Our tiered structure increases the payout per qualified opportunity as your quarterly production grows. Achieving the full quarterly quota throughout the year delivers $130,000 in total annual compensation, with higher earnings available for exceeding quota.
