Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission based role with possibility of a base after 90 day review. Quotas must be met. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with B2B/B2C customers primarily through phone communication to promote and sell Tech support and telecommunications services, including internet and mobile lines. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely while contributing to the growth of our customer base. Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote telecommunications products and services.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of internet and mobile line packages to B2C clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their telecommunications requirements.
- Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and excellent customer service standards.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer information using company CRM systems.




- Stay informed about current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers. Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or telecommunication services is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on phone-based interactions.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales targets.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced workplace with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
