Overview Join the front of the house team to welcome guests, support smooth service, and help create a clean, organized dining experience. The role combines attentive guest services with accurate order processing and coordination with kitchen colleagues. Duties
- Welcome guests, answer questions, take orders, and provide friendly customer service throughout their visit.
- Use POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, to process orders and payments accurately; handle cash and complete basic math.
- Support serving, food preparation, and food handling while following food safety and sanitation practices.
- Manage time effectively, keep service areas clean, and communicate guest needs clearly to kitchen colleagues.

Skills Required: Strong customer service, communication, time management, basic math, and careful cash handling support accurate, welcoming service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, serving, hospitality, or cashiering experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, food preparation, food handling, food safety, sanitation, guest services, and upselling is an advantage. Pay: From $17.60 per hour
