Automotive Salesperson — Commission-Based Aura Motorclub | 5866 Mayfield Road, Caledon, ON Overview Aura Motorclub is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Salesperson with a valid OMVIC salesperson licence, at least two years of sales experience, and an established social media presence. This commission-based role involves generating leads, helping customers find suitable vehicles, and managing the sales process from initial inquiry through delivery. Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features, arrange test drives, and provide skilled product demonstrations.
- Respond promptly to phone, online, and social media inquiries.
- Generate leads through social media content, personal networks, referrals, and consistent follow-up.
- Create engaging vehicle listings, photos, videos, and promotional posts.
- Negotiate sales within dealership guidelines and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate with the finance team and prepare sales documentation accurately.
- Follow OMVIC requirements and dealership policies throughout the sales process.
- Keep vehicle displays and customer areas organized and welcoming.



Required Qualifications
- Valid OMVIC salesperson licence/registration.
- Minimum two years of sales experience.
- Established social media presence and reach, with the ability to generate customer inquiries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer service, and phone skills.
- Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and work toward sales targets.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s licence. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous automotive dealership sales experience.
- Experience creating automotive content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and vehicle financing processes.
