Job Summary We're Growing Our Massage Therapy Team Integrate Physio & Rehab is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our established multidisciplinary clinic in Ajax. We are looking to expand our team to accommodate growing patient demand. This is an excellent opportunity for an RMT looking to build a busy, rewarding practice in a supportive clinical environment, without the challenges of running their own clinic. We welcome both experienced RMTs and motivated new graduates

- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and provide individualized massage therapy treatments
- Develop appropriate treatment plans based on patients' goals and clinical findings




- Provide therapeutic massage for musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, pain management, and general wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with CMTO standards
- Educate patients on self-care strategies, stretching, and injury prevention when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners when clinically appropriate
- Build strong therapeutic relationships to support patient satisfaction and continuity of care Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary clinic
