Overview As a Bartender, prepare and serve beverages, provide attentive customer service, and support smooth, welcoming hospitality. Work efficiently with the service team to help guests enjoy accurate, timely service throughout their visit. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks, take orders, and respond courteously to guest requests.
- Use POS systems to enter orders, process payments, and handle cash accurately; follow established procedures when using Micros POS.
- Apply food safety and food handling practices while keeping the bar and service area clean and organized.
- Coordinate with colleagues, manage competing tasks, and use basic math to check orders and transactions. Experience Required: Practical bartending, serving, customer service, time management, basic math,
and cash-handling capabilities support accurate, efficient service. Preferred: Restaurant, food industry, hospitality, or food service experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, cashiering, and food safety practices is an advantage.
