Required:
- Minimum 4 years Experience in Service Writing
- Ability to open and close work orders
- Should be familiar with warranty processing.
- Minimum 3 year in Heavy Truck and Equipment Trade
- Punctuality
- Work in a fast pace environment
- Ability to embrace change
- Be an active listener and an effective communicator
- Must read, write and speak English fluently Preferred Skills and and an asset to have:
