Work Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Past experience in working with South Indian Cuisine, especially making Dosa is highly appreciated
- Educational history in hospitality and culinary arts preferred but not required Skills
- Skills needed to handle, prep, and package foods in South Indian Cuisine including making dosa and prepping curries and toppings
- Willing to learn new things
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Multitasking and time-management are key
- Must have or must be willing to obtain Food Handler Certification
- Other tasks as required in the kitchen Expectations
- To prepare ingredients according to the chef's guidelines
- Clean up and dishwashing for pots and pans if needed
- General help in kitchen and preparation area Atmosphere Healthy and fast-paced environment, working with energetic and ambitious people Compensation $18.50-$20/hour based on experience Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour
