MapleCare Physiotherapy – Colonnade Hours: 30–40 hours per week Start Date: December 2026 MapleCare Physiotherapy is seeking a highly experienced, professional and dependable Receptionist to manage the daily front-desk activities at our Colonnade clinic. Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of reception or administrative experience in a physiotherapy, rehabilitation or healthcare clinic
- Experience using Perfect Practice (InTouch) software
- Experience with OHIP, MVA, WSIB and HCAI billing
- Excellent communication, organization and customer-service skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Professional, punctual, compassionate and patient-focused Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls professionally and provide accurate information
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Communicate messages and relevant information to physiotherapists
- Follow up on missed calls, appointment inquiries and cancellations
- Complete patient billing, documentation and filing
- Process OHIP, MVA, WSIB and HCAI claims
- Monitor clinic supplies and prepare low-inventory lists
- Help maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception and clinic environment
