Job Summary The Dishwasher/Prep Cook supports daily kitchen operations by keeping work areas clean, preparing ingredients, and assisting with cooking and food service. This hands-on role helps the team maintain an orderly, efficient kitchen and provide welcoming hospitality to guests. Responsibilities
- Clean dishes, utensils, equipment, and kitchen surfaces; maintain tidy work areas throughout service.
- Prepare ingredients and basic food items according to kitchen direction and established procedures.
- Assist with cooking and food service tasks, including supporting serving needs when required.
- Handle food carefully, keep preparation areas organized, and coordinate with kitchen and service colleagues.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
