Are you an experienced hospitality professional with strong leadership skills? We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Restaurant and Lounge supervisor to lead our restaurant and lounge team. - Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations, keeping service welcoming, organized, and efficient.
- Lead by example and help with serving guests, clearing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables.
- Prepare staff schedules and help cover shifts when needed.
- Train and support team members, and assist with hiring and onboarding.
- Communicate with the kitchen team to keep orders accurate and service running smoothly.
- Respond to guest questions and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments on special events and guest requests.
- Maintain accurate sales records, monitor inventory,



and share guest feedback with management.
- Help identify ways to improve service, increase sales, and control costs.
- Report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance or repairs. Qualifications
- Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic about hospitality, food, and beverages.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
- Reliable and organized, with the initiative to solve problems and take responsibility.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
- Restaurant or lounge service experience; supervisory experience is an asset.
- Available for a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and split shifts as needed.
- Valid Serving It Right certification.

Job Type
Full-time Pay: $21.50-$23.00 per year
