About the Role
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating interest in our products and services, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business prospects.
- Contact leads through telephone, email, and other communication platforms.
- Introduce company products and services to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and generate interest in our offerings.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and level of interest.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams. Qualifications & Requirements




- Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, cold calling, or customer service is an asset.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaking with potential customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
