Job Overview We are seeking motivated and friendly Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing food items, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic individuals eager to learn. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and upselling additional menu items.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment following food safety protocols.
- Assist with food safety practices such as proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Support team members during busy periods by efficiently managing time and multitasking across various duties.




- Uphold restaurant standards for serving, food safety, and sanitation to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers. Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing register operations.
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining high-quality service standards.
