Overview The Web Designer & Developer creates and maintains accessible, engaging websites, combining visual design with practical front-end development. This role supports clear, consistent digital experiences across pages and devices. Duties
- Design website layouts and interfaces using digital, visual, and interaction design principles, with attention to typography, usability, and information architecture.
- Develop and update websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress; apply responsive techniques and maintain existing site content and functionality.
- Create and refine graphics, logos, and motion elements using relevant design tools, and support e-commerce and SEO needs.
- Review website performance and user behavior through analytics, then use findings to guide improvements. Your impact: visitors can navigate practical, accessible content more easily. Experience Required:



Practical capability in web development, front-end development, digital design, and web accessibility, with the ability to maintain websites and apply usability principles. Preferred: Related experience with WordPress, e-commerce, SEO, analytics, and tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Bootstrap; strengths in interaction design, graphic design, or motion graphics are also valuable.
