About UCMAS UCMAS is an internationally recognized mental development program that helps children develop exceptional mental math abilities, concentration, memory, listening skills, and problem-solving capabilities through the use of the abacus. We are looking for an enthusiastic, patient, and dedicated UCMAS Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children and have a passion for teaching and helping young learners reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective UCMAS Abacus and Mental Math lessons to children.
- Teach students how to use the abacus and develop mental arithmetic skills.
- Follow the UCMAS curriculum, teaching methodology, and lesson plans.
- Create a positive, interactive, and encouraging classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain student attendance, performance records, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' development.
- Prepare students for assessments, examinations, and competitions.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage active student participation. Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience is an asset.
- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Strong mathematical and numerical skills.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, energetic, organized, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to manage and engage children of different age groups.
- Willingness to learn and follow the UCMAS teaching methodology.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to student development. Note: UCMAS training will be provided to suitable candidates, where applicable. Skills We Are Looking For
