Pacific Blue Mechanical Inc. is a growing plumbing and HVAC service company serving residential, commercial, and strata properties throughout the Lower Mainland. We specialize in service plumbing, mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency response. As our company continues to expand, we're looking for motivated 3rd
- and 4th-Year Plumbing Apprentices who want to develop their skills, gain valuable hands-on experience, and grow into independent service plumbers. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues.
- Assist with and independently complete service calls based on experience and competency.
- Perform drain cleaning, fixture repairs, leak detection, and pipe repairs.
- Service and replace toilets, faucets, water heaters, PRVs, and other plumbing components.
- Assist with troubleshooting domestic hot water, drainage, and mechanical systems.
- Work in strata buildings, commercial properties, and residential homes.
- Communicate professionally with customers, building managers, and strata representatives.
- Document work completed, materials used, and recommendations through our Jobber management system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Work alongside experienced journeymen and foremen to further develop technical skills. Qualifications
- Registered Level 3 or Level 4 Plumbing Apprentice in British Columbia.
- Previous experience in service plumbing, maintenance, or repairs preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently on tasks within your training and competency.
- Valid BC driver's licence with a clean driving record.




- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, professional, and motivated to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service setting.
- Familiarity with plumbing codes and safe work practices. Experience in service plumbing is strongly preferred. Applicants with only new-construction experience may still be considered if they demonstrate strong troubleshooting abilities and a willingness to transition into service work.
