We are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman to lead our fabrication team on various CWB welding projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on safe work, quality workmanship, and meeting production schedules. Responsibilities
- Plan daily shop activities and assign work to welders and fabricators.
- Review drawings, specifications, and applicable welding procedures with the team.
- Monitor fit-up, welding quality, productivity, and project progress.
- Coordinate inspections and resolve fabrication issues with quality control.
- Coach employees and maintain a safe, organized shop. Qualifications
- Welding and fabrication experience, including previous supervisory responsibility.
- Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Experience working with CWB project requirements and welding procedures.
- Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Position details
