Stones Jewellery is a fine jewellery boutique inside the Fairmont Empress Hotel, Victoria. Our team looks after regular Victoria clients and visitors from around the world, helping them find pieces they'll treasure — from engagement rings to fine jewellery for every occasion.

What you'll do
- Greet and look after clients with polished, personal service
- Help clients find pieces they'll love, with honest advice on diamonds, gemstones, and design
- Build lasting client relationships and work toward team sales goals
- Keep the boutique beautiful: merchandising, displays, and inventory
- Handle sales transactions accurately What we're looking for:
- A genuine interest in fine jewellery and luxury retail; previous retail or jewellery experience preferred
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable on your feet for long periods
- Secondary school; English required





What we offer
- $19 per hour to start, with a performance-based increase to $20 after your 3-month probation, and wages can continue to increase over time as you grow in the role
