Job Overview The Floor assistant, loader, cleaner supports smooth daily operations by helping guests, assisting with loading tasks, and keeping shared areas clean and orderly. This hands-on role combines attentive guest services with practical support across the floor. You’ll contribute to a welcoming workplace and help colleagues keep activities running safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, respond to questions, and provide courteous customer service and hospitality.
- Assist with loading and moving items, following workplace procedures and coordinating with colleagues.
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, keeping spaces tidy and ready for guests.
- Support food service and cash handling as needed, and communicate clearly when addressing groups or assisting children.

Experience Required: Practical communication, reliability, attention to cleanliness, and the ability to assist guests and colleagues with floor and loading tasks. Preferred: Experience working with children, public speaking, customer service, guest services, cash handling, food service, or hospitality is an advantage and can help you respond confidently to varied needs.
