Our operation centers on high-hydration natural fermentation, precision baking techniques, and rigorous ingredient preparation. We maintain high culinary and operational standards while providing delicious pizzas to our neighborhood and guests. Position Summary We are seeking a disciplined, detail-oriented professional. This role requires seamless transitions between back-of-house sourdough execution and front-of-house point-of-sale management depending on your strengths. Ideal candidates demonstrate high standards of station organization, personal accountability, and an uncompromising commitment to food quality and guest satisfaction. Core Responsibilities Culinary Operations:
- Scale, stretch, dress, and bake high-hydration naturally fermented dough to exact specifications
- Operate and monitor the deck oven through high-volume service to ensure strict bake consistency
- Cut, garnish, and label boxes accurately and consistently
- Execute daily prep assignments
- Adhere to FoodSafe standards, sanitation protocols, and statin cleanliness Guest Service & Order Coordination:
- Manage incoming orders accurately via the POS system across in-person, telephone, and third-party delivery channels
- Conduct quality control checks at packaging to ensure ticket accuracy and presentation standards
- Facilitate orderly order handoffs and address guest inquiries with clear, professional communication




- Maintain front-of-house sanitation, stock levels, and merchandise displays throughout each shift Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Operational Stamina: Demonstrated ability to remain methodical and composed under high-volume pressure
- Ownership & Work Ethic: Collaborative approach to kitchen duties, including dishwashing, deep cleaning, and station turnover without prompting
- Schedule Flexibility: Open availability for evening and weekend services (mandatory)
- Background: Prior experience in commercial kitchens, bakeries, or quick-casual food service is preferred; candidates with strong foundational knife skills and organizational habits will be trained Compensation & Benefits
