About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for connecting with people, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment process. If you enjoy sourcing talent, conducting interviews, and helping businesses find the right candidates, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to successful placement.
- Post job advertisements on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Review resumes, screen applications, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephone and video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition,



or human resources is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable conducting telephone and video interviews.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
