We’re looking for a friendly & dependable part-time Spa Attendant to join our team at Bodhi Canmore This role is essential to supporting the flow of our spa operations and help create a calm, welcoming, and memorable experience for our clients.

Bodhi Wellness is a boutique wellness spa, where mountain lifestyle meets modern spa culture.

We offer
a range of wellness services including Massage, Craniosacral therapy, Reflexology, Reiki, & Body Wraps, and our vision is to offer a space where functional healing and spa relaxation coexist. SCHEDULE: Shifts available Thursdays, Saturdays & Mondays. Saturday availability essential. Potential to add additional shifts as business demand grows, and as needed to cover staff vacation time. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Warmly welcoming clients and providing them with all the information necessary to create a relaxing & seamless spa experience.
- Booking new appointments and managing the schedule, including consistent checking for booking errors and contacting clients for additional information where necessary.
- Handling payments and insurance billing.
- Responding to inquiries – phone, emails, texts and walk-ins.
- Supporting therapists and management with daily operations.
- Restocking amenities and ensuring guests have everything they need.
- Daily opening / closing procedures.
- Keeping the spa looking beautiful and operating smoothly with daily cleaning tasks and flipping/folding laundry. WAGE: An initial 3 month probationary period at $22/hour. Upon successful completion of this period, a review will take place and wage may increase based on performance. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

- Ability to work independently: stay motivated and take initiative, especially when working alone. This position does involve working solo on the desk.

Experience:
Previous spa or clinic reception experience is helpful, but not mandatory. A great attitude and ability to quickly pick up new systems and procedures is most important. **Must be based in Canmore / Bow Valley. PERKS &
