The position partners with operations, estimating, engineering, legal, proposal teams, and leadership to assess fit and strengthen pursuit strategies. Full time work is based in Calgary.Key Responsibilities:
Identify near-term and long-term Alberta pursuit opportunitiesGather client priorities, competitor intelligence, and delivery model insightsCoordinate scope, resources, commercial terms, and schedule considerationsRepresent Kiewit at meetings, conferences,



and pre-procurement sessionsMaintain opportunity tracking, contacts, statuses, and leadership reportingRequirements:
Degree in business, engineering, construction management, or related fieldUnderstanding of major project delivery modelsTrusted relationships with Alberta infrastructure stakeholdersExperience with proposals, pre-positioning, or alternative delivery pursuitsAbility to manage priorities and collaborate cross-functionallyUse market intelligence, stakeholder engagement, and capture planning to advance Kiewit infrastructure pursuits across Alberta.
