Lead capital markets and securities work at Coveo, advising a TSX-listed technology company with substantial autonomy across strategic matters.As Senior Legal Counsel, Corporate, you will serve as a trusted legal partner to Coveo’s executive team and Board. Your practice spans public-company reporting, corporate governance, financing, capital structure, M&A;, and equity management. Reporting to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel, you will independently manage sophisticated corporate matters and transactions. The role includes strengthening processes, governance practices, and tools supporting Coveo’s global operations.Key Responsibilities:




Lead public-company reporting and governance cyclesAdvise on securities and capital markets transactionsManage corporate structures and subsidiary governanceSupport M&A; transactions from diligence through closingAdvise the Board and its committeesRequirements:
At least five years of relevant corporate law experienceAbility to independently manage sophisticated mattersClear communication and sound judgmentStrong business and strategic judgmentStrong French and English communication skillsApply corporate law, securities, governance, and transaction experience to Coveo’s most key public-company initiatives.
