This Manager-level position reports to the Director, FP&A;, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Collaborating with senior leaders, you’ll translate complex financial results into actionable strategies and develop your team of analysts. You'll engage in a agile environment while driving process improvements and business solutions.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead budgeting, forecasting,



and financial reporting initiatives - Translate KPIs and trends into recommendations for leaders - Build financial models and Power BI dashboards - Oversee month-end activities and IFRS compliance - Coach and develop finance analysts for growth
Requirements: - 5+ years in finance, including FP&A; and business analysis - CPA designation or completion of CFE preferred - Strong knowledge of IFRS and advanced Excel skills - Proven leadership experience in finance teams - Background in retail, SaaS, or complex environments
