Support CIBC’s Insider Risk Program in Toronto through background screening coordination, research, and administrative operations during a four month co-op.

As a Coordinator Co-op, you will assist the Enhanced Screening team with background screening and program enhancement tasks. You will support operations, research, training, awareness, communications, and internal events. You may also shadow teams working in investigations, third party risk, and internal fraud.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open files and gather data for Insider Risk operations
- Analyze data and prepare operational statistics
- Assist with dashboards, meetings, and internal communications
- Research insider risk topics and prepare risk assessments
- Support training, awareness, town halls,



and internal events

Requirements:

- Current post-secondary enrollment with full time studies returning
- Interest in intelligence handling, criminal justice, or insider threats
- Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills
- Effective organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Curiosity and interest in learning about insider risk
