The role connects strategy with execution.This Customer Success Manager owns customer outcomes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will help independent software vendors migrate critical workloads, adopt generative AI and agentic capabilities, and build governance, operating models, and data infrastructure. You will also translate technical solutions into business cases for senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Define transformation paths from strategic milestones to realized valueFacilitate co-innovation workshops and strategic planning sessionsBuild alignment between technical teams and executive decision-makersRemove systemic barriers and escalate customer risks preciselyShare customer learnings through repeatable internal mechanismsRequirements:
AWS Solutions Architect or similar cloud certificationCloud architecture, migration, transformation, or modernization experienceEight-plus years in customer success or account-based programsExperience coordinating complex initiatives across multiple teamsAbility to deliver measurable transformational outcomesShape AWS transformation outcomes for ISVs through strategic engagements, cloud modernization, AI adoption, and cross-functional customer leadership.
