Work across office and site settings.This Procurement Specialist supports vendor recruitment throughout a large, complex construction project. The position coordinates with departments, stakeholders, vendors, and the Client to align procurement activities with organizational needs. It also analyzes Best for Project options and presents findings to Senior Leadership.Key Responsibilities:
Pre-qualify bidders and prepare procurement strategies and tender packagesIssue tenders through selected electronic quotation systemsEvaluate quotations and recommend best-value vendor awardsNegotiate prices, delivery schedules,



and payment termsCreate SAP purchase orders and support procure-to-pay processesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or supply chain managementThree to five years of procurement or supply chain experienceExperience with large and complex construction projectsExperience using procurement software tools and SAPStrong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsApply construction procurement, tendering, SAP, and commercial evaluation expertise to support ACCIONA’s Ontario Line project.
