Own commercial contract negotiations at Nooks, reviewing agreements and shaping playbook positions for faster, disciplined signatures. This is a full-time individual contributor role.As Commercial Contracts Manager, you will manage agreements from first draft through signature, amendments, revisions, renewals, and extensions. You will work with outside counsel, report to the VP of Growth, and support customer, vendor, and supplier contracts. The role requires independent judgment, explicit escalation, and practical business understanding.Key Responsibilities:
Review, redline, and negotiate customer commercial agreementsEscalate material terms with clear recommendationsDraft and maintain the commercial contract playbookTrain Growth on approved playbook positionsTrack cycle time, deviations,



approvals, and renewal triggersRequirements:
Five or more years negotiating commercial agreements independentlyCommand of liability, indemnification, insurance, termination, service levels, and paymentExperience negotiating with customer legal and procurement teamsExperience creating templates or contract playbooksJ.D. or Paralegal certification highly preferredBring commercial negotiation, contract drafting, and risk communication skills to Nooks’ classified-infrastructure business and growing customer base.
