You will mentor Developers and Quality Engineers on AI-assisted coding, testing, reviews, and delivery practices. The work includes validating generated outputs, diagnosing friction, and improving team capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Coach technical teams on AI adoption questionsValidate AI-generated plans and code against story outcomesStrengthen human reviews of code, tests, and pull requestsDiagnose environment and AI-method frictionEscalate blockers and recurring findings to the Technical LeadRequirements:
