Lead approximately 32 people across cloud and infrastructure, digital workplace, Service Desk, service management, and disaster recovery. Help evolve BCI’s future-state technology platform within an AI-first business. Apply strategic vision, technical credibility, curiosity, and influence to challenge established thinking. Guide continued innovation across a secure, well-managed technology foundation.Key Responsibilities:
